Whilst I am not really a fan of Celine Dion's I have to say while surfing the WWW this turquoise number made my jaw drop and a "Wow" fell out!

Seriously this is one stand out, super amazing, eye catching, supercalifragilisticexpialidocious ensemble.

Wanna tussle about that? I dare ya, you'll lose!

Imagine catching a real time glimpse of the this as Celine strutted down the streets of NYC where she was spotted in this outfit. I said imagine it, are you? Imagine it and imagine it now! Thank You.

"Spread Your Legs!" Keeping Up With The Kardashians

Where's The Guacamole?!
Khloe Kardashian
"I'm gonna get guacamole up your vagina right now. Spread your legs. Tell her to spread her legs." Kourtney Kardashian to Khloe Kardasian during a food fight involving, duh, guacamole.

OK, while I am not a rabid Kardashian fan, I do admit to being a casual observer. Define that you say? Well each weeks new episode is the soundtrack to my early morning (I wake up at five) work schedule. In other words one of the shows that is great background noise while I am on the computer.

That being stated it's quotes like the above one that keep me coming back for more sound bites. It certainly isn't the "drama" and the staged ways it is dealt with. Also I have to admit I have a special fondness for Khloe Kardashian

Khloe, always the straight shooter is a woman after my own heart. She is the one I know I could hang with and have a blast as we would be on the same page. Below are fifteen Khloe Kuotes that I have selected that sound like things I say and text to my friends & loved ones. Don't you wish you were on my list of contacts now???
1. “I hear the pitter-patter of a dinosaur.” – On hearing mom Kris Jenner’s footsteps approaching.
2. “Wow my sister has changed. She used to whip her boobs out for no reason. Now she does it to feed her child.” – On sister Kourtney Kardashian becoming a mom.
3. "Sometimes a b**ch snaps."
4. "It's haunting me for the rest of my life" – On Kim’s song “Jam.”
5. “Droopy balls? Buy briefs! A bra for your balls!” – Via Twitter.
6. “Your hair is, like, shorter than a vagina’s bush.” – To mom Kris after a haircut.
7. “I could maybe hit it better if they were black balls.” – To Bruce Jenner, on golfing.
8. “I’m Khloe. My sisters say I am a b**ch.”
9. “Hi Satan!” – Addressing mom Kris on the phone.
10. "Are you going to be a boring whore your whole life?" – To one of her sisters.
11. “Sorry, Sir, I curse a lot.”
12. “I have a nipple obsession and personally love when women show their nipples— perhaps I was a member of a nudist colony in my last life.” – On her sheer X-Factor top.
13. "A little bun in the oven. Your ass is gonna be so big." – On Kim’s pregnancy.
14. "I am gonna turn into an alcoholic tonight."
15. "Don’t go into the ocean while on your period because a shark is going to attack you."

That Rogue Romeo Has Been "Rebuilt"

That Rogue Romeo aka Kevin Stea has gone out and, thanks to technology been "Rebuilt".
Here to tell us about his latest incarnation is That Rogue Romeo himself Mr. Kevin Stea...!
"REBUILT,"is an amazingly successful experiment in which I took the original music from Machine and Magic and commissioned remixes to see if the music held up. It is 19 tracks featuring remixes of the songs of the debut album Machine & Magic.
What I realized is that these songs are pretty solid. I told the various remixers (Djnb, Ap, F3tto, Cr3) to let go of structure. They did not have to stay attached to the original song structure. I enjoy creating something new from the visions of many. I wanted to give these remixers room to play; but I did want this album to have a club feel, however, and make people dance. I wanted to see if my tracks could in fact play in clubs. Are they danceable? That was the bottom line. I realized my goal creating dance music that has lyrical impact. I want to bring lyrical content to the club. You can dance and jump around and still something meaningful.
"Go Rogue"
I have video concepts for every song I have (written). Once I’m done writing it, I instantly switch into visual mode, which is the way I conceive the song to begin with. My songs come from a space of visualization already. I imagine entire scripts and themes for everything. So it was natural to release the official music video set to the "Machine and Magic" remix with the remix album REBUILT. This video is definitely different than any other video I’ve done. Also, I look a little closer to Kevin than That Rogue Romeo in the video. I’m hardly in make-up. This is a dance video. It’s not super high concept.
The video is the first video shot from a successful Kickstarter project to create three music videos. It is directed by superstars Brian Friedman (X-factor, Britney Spears, AGT) and Chan Andre (ID Entertainment), and features ex-PCD Carmit Bachar and 12 of LA's top young dancers (Whyley Yoshimura, Judson Emery, Jon Burdine, Zack Venegas, Malik LeNost, Ryan Ramirez, Stephanie Sy, Britt Stewart, Yoori Kim, Niesha Smith, Deana Brickley, Mason Cutler), with choreography by Tessandra Chavez, and is styled by Emmy-award winning Marina Toybina".
"Special thanks to all the Kickstarter Contributors!!!!"

Getting To Know: Chris Rene

Four months after nailing his X Factor audition with a show-stopping performance of the self-penned “Young Homie,” Chris Rene released his fiercely personal anthem as a single. Signed to Epic Records the rapper/singer/songwriter/musician came in third place on The X Factor and enamored audiences with his talent and then-recent triumph in overcoming addiction.

Masterfully capturing Rene’s struggles with substance abuse and journey to recovery, the song that put him on the map “Young Homie” now boasts a fatter beat and smoother groove perfectly suited to Rene’s inspired fusion of hip-hop and soul-pop.

With his upcoming album “I'm Right Here” and his current hit single “Trouble” and legions of fans, Chris is in a good place and happy to be there...time to check in with Chris Rene.

MS: Congratualtions Chris I did a post about your latest single “Trouble” on my blog and it became the number one post this week.

CR: Oh, Fuck yeah!

MS: That blog is a testament to your popularity, since all it was was me posting a photo of you, the lyric video for “Trouble” and alerting people to it's release date and wishing them a nice weekend.

CR: That's so funny!

MS: You're popular! How was being on “The X-Factor”?

CR: Man, that was the experience of a lifetime! I was like, yes! My pals are going to see this! All the couches I slept on, all the things I did, which you will hear later because I am writing a book...all the people I've met are going to see me. I've been in jail two times because I made some wrong decisions and all those people are going to see me on fucking TV doing something positive and representing. That was all I needed, I didn't need to make it far, for me it was people seeing me do what I'm good at.

MS: You were sober for a three year period, then you slipped back, now you have been sober again for a year, what made it stick this time?

CR: A spiritual awakening. Having been in a car crash and realizing I could have left the Earth, and leave my Son without a Father. It made me realize how selfish I was, my reality was nothing matters it was all about what I wanted. All I wanted to do was get high and mess up my life, for me to realize that woke me spiritually. I decided I don't want to be selfish anymore, I want to be a good Father, Son, Brother and go with the gift that God gave me.

MS: You do need something like that, sometimes.

CR: Yeah, we all do, right?

Photo: Epic Records
MS: How much has LA Reid's support meant to your career?

CR: Everyone always asks me about him, having his support is invaluable. It's a trip to have someone like him who is in the music business and knows what he is doing and has worked with a lot of major talent. He saw a spark in me, the potential and I plan to blow him away the end of next year. I have so much more that I can do, that I can't wait to show the world.

MS: From what I've seen, he seems like a really cool person.

CR: He's a great guy.

MS: Anything else you think your fans should know about?

CR: Yeah, watch out for me on Ricki Lake coming up in October. Also look out for me on Nickelodeon.

MS: Oh, what are you doing on Nickelodeon?

CR: I'll be on the show, what's the name of it? “Figure It Out” the show is called “Figure It Out”. I'm looking forward to people seeing that, I had a blast and it's going to be awesome!

MS: Wouldn't it be so cool to get slimed on the “Teen Choice Awards”? I would love it!

CR: Oh man, that would be so great!

Chris is busy! Keep up with him at:  http://www.chrisreneofficial.com/

Checking In With: Jazz Chanteuse, Sandy Zacky

Sandy Zacky, her natural gift of song caught the attention of jazz man Sam Cooke, he ended up mentoring the chanteuse in the beginning of her long and varied career.

It has been 3 years since the veteran jazz performer has graced her loyal fan base with a Los Angeles club performance or a new album.

After her first disc, a collaboration with her singing partner Mike Clifford titled: “Love Is Everything” was released Ms. Zacky decided to break out with her first solo effort, the popular CD “One Olive Or Two.”

So Sandy what gives? Enquiring minds want to know what you have been up to of late? Let’s find out, shall we….

MS: Hey Sandy with a “Y” not “E” where have you been?

SZ: Hey Michael, I’ve been really busy! How are you?

MS: Good Ms. Z, we have not heard much from you of late other than your communications via your MySpace & Facebook page.

SZ: Those pages are great, I notice the profile hits, I love that people are curious and go to see who and what I am about.

MS: We the people want more music from you !

SZ: I really love singing! I was watching the “The X-Factor” the other night, no one on that show was overwhelming, there were a few really good young girl singers, there were a couple of good singers in their 40’s and a few good guy ones. But there was no one that really blew me away like, Adam Lambert, a singer of that nature. It’s a good show for exposure, but bottom line it is not about picking the best or someone older, it is a youth oriented show and business.

MS: You are doing quite well on the Reverbnation Los Angeles, Jazz Charts, your rank is 417 out of what, something like 800 plus artist, so much for ageism in the jazz world!

SZ: Considering I haven’t been doing anything of late, I am surprised. Right now I am trying to work my way out of this inertia so to speak. Music is what really brings me alive - I adore my family, you know I do, but music does something for me that nothing else can do. Music is about me, only I can produce what comes out of me. It’s a God given talent that I am very grateful for and it is no one else’s responsibility but mine.

MS: Get out there Sandy and let it loose girl !

SZ: Singing is what lights a fire in my belly and I feel if I don’t get out there again soon I am going to lose it.

MS: There is a lot of love & support out there for you.

SZ: Yes, I am grateful for everyone out there who keeps asking me when am I performing again, when am I putting out a new CD - I want to, but something has been holding me back these past 3 years, I have had plenty of opportunities and I need to start taking them. I want to get out there but I have this fear of not being as good as I was before.

MS: Don’t be afraid, that’s silly with a talent like yours.

SZ: Yeah, I know, I just sat here and sang acapella and I sounded pretty good.

MS: I’m sure it was better than that!

SZ: Thank you sweetie.

MS: You’ve covered a lot of cool songs, which song haven’t you covered that you would like to?

SZ: Wow! Yes, I covered a lot of great songs, but I would like to try covering a couple of Adele songs. Several people have told me I should cover her, she is terrific and I would like to get more contemporary.

MS: She has such a great voice.

SZ: I adore her, I have both her CD’s, what an amazing singer.

MS: Well Sandy with a “Y” it’s time, you are ready to get out there and wow us some more with your God given talent!

SZ: You have my word, I am planning on it!

Check in with Sandy often, because she is busy! At:
